• Electricity Supply: The electricity is provided by a 110/22 KV substation with a capacity of (2x63) MVA located at Nam Tan Tap.
• Water Supply System: The water supply is sourced from the Saigon Water Supply Corporation. In the initial phase, water is supplied from the Bang Tam water plant with a capacity of 2,400 m³/day.
• Wastewater Treatment: A wastewater treatment plant has been built with a total design capacity of 6,000 m³/day. The wastewater system is separate from the rainwater drainage system.
• Waste Disposal: For general waste, it is collected by the Can Giuoc District Public Works Company. For solid waste and hazardous waste, a contract is signed with a company specializing in hazardous waste disposal for collection and treatment.
• Fire Protection: A professional fire protection team is stationed at the industrial park. Water supply hoses are installed along the internal roads, and the industrial park's security force is trained in fire protection and riot control 24/7.
• Postal and Telecommunications: A modern and complete postal and telecommunications network is established, capable of synchronizing with national and international telecommunication networks, as well as providing communication systems and high-speed internet connections.

 Dong Tam Factory - Dong Nam A IP offers highly competitive rental prices, ranging from $4.5 to $6.5 USD / m² (excluding VAT). In addition, the monthly management fee is $2 USD / m².
