What should I wear for an interview?

A casual outfit that allows you to be comfortable during the interview will be sufficient
There is no need to wear a formal suit, as the interviewer will also be dressed in comfortable clothes

When will I know the results of the process

Those who pass the document review will be notified via email or phone
We will notify you of the interview results as quickly as possible, regardless of whether you passed or failed
Depending on internal circumstances, notification of results may be delayed. If the delay exceeds two weeks, please contact the recruiter directly, and we will help immediately

Can I get feedback on my application?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide feedback due to internal guidelines

Will the interview be conducted via video call?

Most interviews are conducted in person
Depending on the position, there are cases where the meeting is conducted via video conference (Google Meet), in which case we will provide separate notice in advance
If in-person interview is difficult due to unavoidable reasons such as overseas residence, we may consider changing the interview method upon request.

The interview schedule has been confirmed, but if I cannot attend the scheduled date, can I change the schedule?

Before the interview, please contact the recruiter separately to check if the schedule can be changed, and we will help you change it to a schedule that is possible

Is there a training period when joining as a full-time employee?

Regardless of experience, a two-month training period applies to full-time employees.
