Application submission

Before submitting your application, please review the following

  • Provide detailed descriptions of your skills and experience.
  • Remove sensitive personal information (e.g., resident registration numbers) from your resume.
  • Submit your application (resume) in PDF format.
  • For positions requiring a portfolio (e.g., design roles), submit both your portfolio and resume together.

Application review

Your qualifications and skills will be initially assessed through the application review.

  • Successful applicants will be contacted via phone or email.
  • If any information or documents are missing from your application, the recruitment team may reach out to you.

Interview

An in-depth assessment will be conducted to evaluate your professional expertise and organizational fit. 

  • Interview schedules will be coordinated with applicants.
  • The first interview will focus on job suitability, while the second will assess organizational fit. Depending on the position, pre-assigned tasks, practical skill evaluations, and language tests may be included.
  • Depending on the role, interviews may be conducted via video or phone, with prior notice.

Offer letter

We will propose a compensation package that matches your skills and experience.

  • A reasonable offer will be made based on your previous compensation records. If necessary, reference checks may be conducted with your consent.
  • Once compensation and the start date are finalized, successful candidates will proceed to the onboarding process.

Onboarding

Congratulations on onboarding RSQUARE!

  • Final candidates will participate in an in-person meeting to submit personal information and required documents.
  • After attending an orientation, you will be guided to your respective department.
